These terms apply to all uses of kalem.info and all supply of Kalem products, whether direct, wholesale, or through a third-party distribution arrangement that references these terms.
Kalem reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version date on this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Nature of Kalem Products
Kalem products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
Kalem products are supplied as food-supplements formulated to complement a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. No representation is made that any Kalem product is suitable for any individual's specific nutritional requirements without prior assessment by a qualified wellness or nutrition professional.
Ingredient profiles in Kalem supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. This verification process is described in full on the Standards page of this website.
Permitted Use of kalem.info
You may access and use kalem.info for the purpose of learning about Kalem products, making enquiries, requesting lot documentation, and submitting wholesale enquiry forms. Use of the website for any purpose that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to Kalem or to other users is prohibited.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from kalem.info — including product descriptions, formulation documentation, or compositional data — without the prior written consent of Kalem. Quoting brief extracts for journalistic or academic purposes with attribution is permitted.
Kalem reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to kalem.info at any time without notice, including in cases where website terms are being violated or where access is being used in a manner harmful to the website's integrity or security.
Ordering, Fulfilment, and Returns
Orders for Kalem products may be placed through channels communicated by Kalem at the time of the order. An order constitutes an offer to purchase and is accepted by Kalem only upon confirmation. Kalem reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, including in cases where stock availability does not permit fulfilment.
Products are supplied with a lot code on the label. The lot code corresponds to the batch record held in the Kalem archive. Certificate of composition documentation for any supplied lot is available upon request via the contact page.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt where the product is unopened and in its original condition, or where the product does not match the labelled composition as confirmed by the independent laboratory certificate. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with the order reference and lot code.
Where a return is accepted, a replacement or refund will be issued within 14 business days of Kalem receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs for products returned due to a labelling discrepancy will be borne by Kalem. Return shipping for other returns is at the customer's cost.
Ownership of Content
All content on kalem.info — including text, photography, formulation documentation, lot record templates, brand name, and design elements — is the property of Kalem or its licensors. Nothing on this website transfers any intellectual property rights to visitors.
The Kalem brand name, wordmark, and product names are used as trade identifiers. Use of any Kalem trade identifier in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association with Kalem without prior written consent is prohibited.
Kalem's Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, Kalem's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from the use of kalem.info or the supply of Kalem products is limited to the value of the products supplied in the relevant order. Kalem is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms limits Kalem's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Kalem makes no warranty that kalem.info will be available at all times or free from errors. The website is provided on an "as is" basis. Where the website is unavailable for any period, Kalem will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the supply of Kalem products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
Kalem will attempt to resolve any dispute informally before formal legal proceedings are commenced. If you have a complaint or dispute, contact [email protected] in the first instance. Kalem will respond within 10 business days with a proposed resolution or with a request for further information.
